We provide a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item, which means you have 30 days to request a return. To make your shopping experience smooth, please review the eligibility criteria below:
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.
Important Notes:
- Items that have been worn, used, or washed cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Items returned without following the official return request process will not be accepted. Please contact us for a return authorization before sending items back.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, our support team will provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Prepare the Return: Pack the item carefully in its original packaging. If possible, include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Totemic will cover the return shipping cost.
- Please use a trackable shipping service to return your item, as Totemic is not responsible for lost returns.
Return Method
All returns must be shipped back to us by mail. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Totemic is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Currency
All payments, returns, and refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollar).
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges. You will be refunded the full item value, excluding shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
Damages and Issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@totemic.store.
- Damaged Item: Share photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve it promptly.
- Defective Item: Let us know right away so we can replace it or issue a refund.
- Incorrect Item: If we shipped the wrong product, Totemic will cover return shipping and ensure the correct item is sent.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
- Personalized or made-to-order products
- Personal hygiene items (cosmetics, earrings, etc.)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
We do accept exchanges. However, the most efficient way is to:
- Return the original item following the steps above.
- Place a new order for the product you want.
Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refund posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
